For Venice/Tessera, pressure, temperature, humidity, winds, dew-point values etc recorded every thirty minutes are available almost in real time. The site is international. You therefore have to first select the language, then the continent, then the nation and so on.

This site (in English and German) provides numerous charts with ground level measurements (pressure, phenomena, wind, temperature) from all continents, the north and south poles included. The section on Europe is particularly extensive and accurate, especially for analyses of recorded temperature. There are no forecasts.
